DEPRESSION

DEPRESSION

My mind running wild like a hurricane
I wear a smile but underneath I cry
I extend hands of pleasantry to the folks around me
But inside nothing is pleasent

I’m like a calm volcano
I could errupt anytime
But I think of family and friends
And how they will tear their eyes out

No one seems to notice my pain
My joyous sad moods and grief
I’m like a lightening, now you see lights
But heavenly shots of thunder follows

I’m trapped in my own mind
Screaming in silence for salvation
I think of many ways to break free
But only the dead is truely free
And death is not an option!!!!

I’ve to move forward from here
That’s my only option.
Breaking free from this prison…
Depression
